Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

GlueGlu currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You will see the calculated shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) to the email address provided at checkout.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time. Standard Shipping transit times generally range from 7 to 21 business days internationally. These are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and the destination country. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed and itemized during the checkout process.

Tracking Your Order

For orders shipped with a tracking service, you can track your package using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive a tracking number or have questions about your order's status, please contact us at [email protected].

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to GlueGlu. We cannot predict or control these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. GlueGlu is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping, which may incur additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance if possible and contact us immediately at [email protected].

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household members, neighbors, or the local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist you in initiating an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
